Thankyou Doug

Doug Larson, BS, CSCS, NSCA-CPT, USAW
Doug Larson has led quite a life. After a season as a strength coach with the Colorado Rockies Baseball Club, and before attending graduate school at the University of Memphis, he once killed a gray whale using only Bruce Lee's famous "one inch punch". it's true. As an active MMA fighter and competitive weightlifter, he focuses the majority of his training time on strength and power development (obviously. how else you gonna kill a whale!). Certified as a USA Weightlifting Sport Performance Coach and an NSCA Strength and Conditioning Specialist, his voracious application of functional anatomy and sports nutrition has proved invaluable for recovery and injury prevention for many CrossFit Memphis members. His diverse knowledge of sport began as he competed in every sport possible throughout his life. Gymnastics, weightlifting, wrestling, fighting, grappling, baseball, soccer, football. he's been there.
Thankyou Doug
